To insure efficiency, our customers typically, have Audit-Tel Recovery Inc., perform a full audit with us, and than proceed with the Bill Management Service. IVIEWNPAY is an extension of the CircuiTracker software, whereas, we collect your monthly invoices from your service provider, review the expense and provide monthly reports of excess cost, as well as the monthly invoices for your approval. Once approved, Audit-Tel Recovery Inc, debits the pre-set operations account for the approved invoices and remits the payment to the appropriate vendor. During this process, invoices are reviewed against the cost data provided during the audit, and verified as a valid expense or if an issue is identified, Audit-Tel Recovery Inc., communicates that information in order to correct the discrepancy.
